General Provisions 21.1 Entire Agreement These Terms & Conditions represent the complete and entire agreement between the User and Dishant Kashyap Mentorship regarding the use of the platform and Services and supersede all prior discussions, communications, understandings, or representations relating to the same subject matter. 21.2 No Waiver Failure by Dishant Kashyap Mentorship to enforce any provision of these Terms & Conditions at any time shall not be interpreted as a waiver of any rights or remedies available under the agreement or applicable law. Any waiver shall only be valid if made expressly in writing. 21.3 Force Majeure Dishant Kashyap Mentorship shall not be held liable for any delay, interruption, failure, or inability to perform its obligations due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, fire, flood, internet failures, technical outages, cyber incidents, government restrictions, acts of war, civil unrest, labor disputes, pandemics, telecommunications failures, hosting disruptions, power outages, or other unforeseen events commonly recognized as force majeure events.
